A second pet on the same canvas is $60 more; mention it in the notes and Greg will invoice the difference. Larger sizes, three or more pets, a memorial from one rough photo, or a mural: ask for a quote.
Greg is a San Diego painter who has worked on commission for years: portraits, murals, custom-painted skateboard decks. His rule is the one on his Instagram, you request it, he’ll paint it. Pets are his favorite sitters. No posing, no vanity, just the face that greets you at the door.
He runs paint nights around San Diego and helped put together a silent auction of hand-painted boards for Second Chance Dog Rescue. Every portrait is painted by hand, one at a time, and you see the finished piece before it goes in the mail. If it isn’t right, he keeps going until it is.

Eye level, close enough to see the eyes clearly, in daylight. Two or three options is ideal. A slightly blurry favorite is fine too; send it along and Greg will tell you what he can do with it.
Two to three weeks from the day your photos arrive, then two to five days in the mail. If the queue is longer you’ll hear before you send photos, not after.
Yes, and it is a lot of what Greg does. Send whatever photos you have. There is no rush on the photos for a memorial piece.
You approve a photo of the finished piece before it ships. If it isn’t right, Greg revises it. If it still isn’t right, you get a full refund and the painting stays in the studio.
